High Noon Casino holds a gaming license issued by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. High Noon is a member of the Club World Casino group, and like almost every other Club World site, it runs on Realtime Gaming software with slots such as Caesars Empire, Goldbeard and the Texan Tycoon slot .

One of the nice features of playing at a Club World site is that they run a gaming venue that’s aimed at just about every market in the world. High Noon isn’t targeted exclusively at Americans, for example, but it is open to their wagers.

High Noon has been in business since 2010, winning that year’s Best New US-Friendly Casino award from CasinoMeister. As of this review, High Noon accepts a variety of world currencies – this list includes the US dollar, the Euro, and the British Pound. Toll-free phone line support is available 24 hours a day, and was polite and responsive when I tested them in the winter of 2015.

Mobile Play at High Noon

RTG-powered casinos do an excellent job of translating their games for mobile-friendly casino websites and dedicated downloadable applications. The only downside here is that those mobile games are essentially smartphone and tablet-size display versions of RTG’s standard lineup, which isn’t my favorite by any means.

One of the features of RTG mobile sites that varies greatly is the number of games made available. High Noon Casino’s mobile site currently features twenty-five RTG games, including all fifteen of the slots available at the traditional Web-based site.

It’s a decent library. The games are about on par with the rest of the industry; not too sleek or good-looking, but by no means dated or boring. Some of the video games they make available at their mobile site, Triple Twister in particular, offer high entertainment value and a lot of replay value at the same time. So there are good and bad points in this category.

Features

I love High Noon’s Western theme. It’s well-incorporated into the site – when looking through the gaming categories, you are pretending to shoot at a miniature Western scene, like at an amusement park game. It’s a nice touch that makes the site feel professional.

Another nice feature is the availability of both a download and instant play version of the site’s RTG games. Combine that with the existence of a mobile-friendly site, and it’s clear that accessibility is a big part of their marketing program.

I like playing at Club World Group sites because most (if not all) of their sites have stellar reviews at the gambling forums and review sites I trust, namely CasinoListings, Casinomeister, Wizard of Odds, etc. It’s difficult to find a customer complaint that wasn’t immediately handled by customer service. The good reputation this site enjoys is a feature all its own.

High Noon Casino Games

At the time of this review, the High Noon Casino game library has six categories – Specialty Games, Video Poker Games, Slots Games, Table Games, Progressives, and Favorites.

Specialty Games

Here’s the current list of games collected under the “Specialty” Banner:

• Craps
• Scratch Cards
• European Roulette
• American Roulette
• Sic Bo
• Keno
• Bonus Bingo
• European Slot Poker

It’s an unusual way to collect games, isn’t it? Throwing scratch cards, and their long odds, in the mix with games like roulette and craps (that offer decent odds on certain bets) is unusual. It turns out that this is where the site collects all their “non-card-based” games. Traditional table games using cards (blackjack, casino-style poker, etc.) are collected under the Table Games heading described below.

Video Poker Games

It is rare to find such a large collection of RTG-style video poker titles, especially in the US-facing market. I checked, and it’s true; every title that RTG has currently released in the video poker category is available.

It’s not just the sheer volume of video poker titles that’s impressive; the existence of five video poker titles with a 9/6 payout is excellent news for video poker players. An example of an RTG video poker title with both a 9/6 payout and a high theoretical payout percentage is single-deck Jacks or Better. High Noon offers this game, with the 9/6 payout in place. Under these conditions, the casino’s edge is just 0.46%. That’s exactly the kind of game that most video poker players (and advantage gamblers) are looking for.

Slots

So here’s a weird thing – High Noon only hosts fifteen slot titles at their Web-based and mobile casinos. These games are all either classic-style games with limited paylines and reels or part of the (usually-great) Video Slots series by RTG. What you won’t find – a single Real Series title.

The slots chosen for inclusion are all ones that offer high replay value. When I have more fun, my bankroll becomes more valuable. That means this is a good thing. It was just unusual to experience at first.

Table Games

Here’s the current list of table games available at High Noon Casino:

• Baccarat
• Blackjack
• Caribbean Hold’em
• Caribbean Draw Poker
• Caribbean Stud
• Face Up 21
• Let Em Ride
• Match Play 21
• Pai Gow
• Perfect Pairs Blackjack
• Pontoon
• Red Dog
• Super 21
• Tri Card Poker
• Vegas 3 Card Rummy

Most of these are blackjack variations or casino-style poker games. Their odds vary from game to game – check out this Wizard of Odds review for some specifics on RTG game odds and the games found at High Noon Casino.

Progressives

As the name implies, all the games collected here have progressive top prizes. This is almost all slots games, including the popular Mid-Life Crisis.

Favorites

This is a feature that’s available only to customers that download the casino’s software and play on a laptop. Favorites is essentially a custom menu that lets users collect their favorite titles in one easy-to-access place.

High Noon Casino Bonuses and Promotions

At the time of this review, High Noon Casino offers two different Welcome Bonus promos:

Welcome Bonus

This is a standard deposit match that maxes out capped at $2,000, matched at a rate of 200%. The T&C page says the casino requires players to wager 25x their deposit plus bonus before all the money is cleared.

$60 Free Bonus

If you don’t want to opt in to the Welcome Bonus described above, you can choose to try for up to $60 in free bets. The playthrough requirement is 50x the bonus, so it can still take a while to earn the whole amount. But remember, this bonus clears as you play, so you can still earn a free $10 or $20 placing the bets you’d probably place anyway.

Conclusion

I recommend High Noon Casino to any player in the United States or any RTG software fans, particularly slot and video poker players. Though the site has only been open for four years, I’ve yet to find a serious customer service issue or financial complaint in the copious numbers of gaming forums and review sites that I follow. This is like a hand-curated collection of what RTG gets right, and it has a theme that’s just plain fun.
